Where solutions to problems have not been available under existing law or through the administrative process, we have assisted clients in obtaining appropriate legislative solutions. We have good working relationships with legislative staff and, given our substantive expertise, can often find the relationship of a particular problem to broader legislative proposals that may offer a vehicle for corrective legislation.
